Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
12th Class pass from a recognized board; Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on average of 5 key depressions per word)
Hindi Typist
12th Class pass from a recognized board; Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on average of 5 key depressions per word)
Cook (Ordinary Grade)
10th Class pass from a recognized board with a certificate or diploma in catering; 1 year experience in the trade
Store Keeper
12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board; Desirable: Experience in managing stores and maintaining accounts in a reputable organization
Carpenter (Skilled)
10th Class pass from a recognized board; ITI Certificate in Carpenter trade from a recognized institute OR Ex-servicemen in Carpenter Rigger trade
Painter (Skilled)
10th Class pass from a recognized board; ITI Certificate in Painter trade from a recognized institute OR Ex-servicemen in Painter trade
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board; Desirable: 1 year experience as a gardener, watchman, Lascar, or gestetner operator
Mess Staff
10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board; Desirable: 1 year experience as a waiter or cleaner
Laundryman
10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board; Desirable: 1 year experience as a Dhobi
House Keeping Staff (HKS)
10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board
Vulcaniser
10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board OR Ex-servicemen in appropriate trade
Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (CMTD) (Ordinary Grade)
10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board; Valid civil driving license for light and heavy vehicles; Professional skill in driving and knowledge of motor mechanisms; Minimum 2 years’ experience in driving motor vehicles
How to apply for Indian Air Force Recruitment of Group C Posts
Eligible candidates can apply offline by downloading the application form in PDF format from the official website https://indianairforce.nic.in/ or the notification link. The application, typed in English or Hindi, must include a recent passport-size photograph (self-attested) and be accompanied by self-attested copies of required documents (educational certificates, ID proof, experience certificates, etc.), a self-addressed envelope with a Rs.10/- stamp, and two additional passport-size photographs. Candidates must send the application to the relevant Air Force Station address (as listed above) via Registered Post, Speed Post, or any other service, ensuring it reaches by 15.06.2025 (up to 05:00 PM). The envelope should be clearly marked with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [POST NAME] AND CATEGORY [GEN/OBC/SC/ST/etc.]”. Separate applications are required for each post and station. Candidates should verify their eligibility as per the official notification and maintain a valid email ID and mobile number for communication.
