NPCIL Recruitment 2025: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released a recruitment notification to fill 400 Executive Trainee posts for the year 2025. The selection will be based on GATE 2023, GATE 2024, or GATE 2025 scores. The online application process begins on 10th April 2025 and the last date to apply is 30th April 2025. BE/B Tech/B Sc (Engineering)/Five year Integrated M Tech with a minimum of Sixty Percentage aggregate marks in one of the Six engineering Stream mentioned in the Table below from University/Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC. A minimum of Sixty Percentage marks means the marks as per the ordinances of the respective university.
Applicants must have a valid GATE-2023 Score or GATE-2024 Score or GATE-2025 Score in the same engineering Steams as the qualifying degree discipline.

NPCIL Recruitment 2025 – Application Fee
A Non Refundable application fee of Rs.500/- is chargeable only to Male applicants belonging to General (UR), EWS and OBC categories.
Female applicants, applicants belonging to SC/ST category, PwBD, Ex Servicemen, Dependents of Defence Personnel Killed in Action (DODPKIA) and employees of NPCIL are exempted from payment of application fee.
