Research Associate – I
Ph.D or equivalent in Microwave / RF / Radar with specialisation in Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA). Or M.E / M. Tech in Microwave / RF / Radar with minimum of 3 years Research experience in SSPA design and development with atleast one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Ph. D or equivalent in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science. or M.E / M. Tech in Materials Science or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of research experience in the area of Carbon Nano tube (CNT) based coatings / spray deposition / optical thin film deposition with atleast one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.

The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO web-site i.e. www.isro.gov.in under the caption “CAREERS” during the period from 22.03.2025 to 20.04.2025. Candidates may visit our website to register their applications on-line between 22.03.2025 and 20.04.2025.
Applications will be received through on-line only. Upon on-line registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant will have to be provided in the online application correctly and compulsorily (Hall tickets will be sent by e-mail only).
