DHS Kallakurichi Recruitment 2025: Kallakurichi District Health Society (DHS) has released a recruitment notification for 13 vacancies across various positions, including Chemist, Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Attendant, Physiotherapist, Audiologist & Speech Therapist, Psychologist, Optometrist, Early Interventionist – Special Educator – Social Worker, Data Manager, Medical Officer, and Counselor (ICTC). B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Chemistry with Computer knowledge and Typing Skills Desirable: Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and additional certification in data entry or office management are required by the relevant institution.
Laboratory Technician
Essential: 1. Must have passed Plus Two with Biology Subject. 2. Must have passed DMLT – Two Years course approved by the Directorate of Medical Education. Experience: Working Experience in Laboratory. Desirables: Additional Certification in data entry or Office Management, Computer Knowledge In MS Office(Excel, Word, PPT).
Laboratory Attendant
Education to the Level of 8th Standard pass, upto 12th standard.
Physiotherapist
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from any recognized university in India
Audiologist & Speech Therapist
Bachelor’s degree in speech and Language pathology from any recognized university in India
Psychologist
Master degree in Child psychologist from any recognized university in India
Optometrist
Bachelor’s degree in optometry or Masters in optometry from any recognized university in India
Early interventionist – Special Educator – Social Worker
M.Sc. in disability studies (early intervention) with a foundational degree in occupational therapy (BOT), speech language pathology (ASLP), physiotherapy (BPT), or MBBS/BAMs/BHMs (OR) Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention (PGDEI) with a foundational degree in occupational therapy (BOT), speech language pathology (ASLP), or B.Ed. special education/bachelor of mental retardation (To continue providing services within six months of joining, an early interventionist must pass an exam measuring their foundational understanding of the child development process in order to be eligible for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in optometry from any accredited Indian university.)
