CIL Recruitment 2025: Coal India Limited (CIL) has released the recruitment notification No: 01/2025 to fill 434 Management Trainee (MT) vacancies in the E-2 Grade. Interested candidates can apply online through the official Coal India website here starting from 15th January 2025 at 10:00 AM until 14th February 2025 by 06:00 PM.
Minimum 2 years PG degree or PG diploma (from an accredited University/ Institute) inRural development/ Community Organization & Development Practice/ Community Development/ Urban & Rural Community Development/ Rural & Tribal Development/Development Management/ Rural Management with minimum 60 % marks. (OR) Minimum 2 years Post Graduate Degree ((from an accredited University/ Institute) in Social Work with specializations- in Community Development/Development Management/ Rural development/ Urban & Rural Community Development/ Community Organization & Development Practice/ Rural & Tribal Development with minimum 60% marks
MT (Environment)
1 st Class Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60% marks OR any Engineering Degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering (from an accredited University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
MT (Finance)
Qualified CA/ICWA.
MT (Legal)
Graduate in Law of 3 years / 5 years’ duration from recognised University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
MT (Marketing & Sales)
Recognised Degree with 2 years MBA / PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing(Major) from recognized Indian University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.
MT (Materials Management)
Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60% marks.
MT (Security)
Graduates with at least two years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/PG Diploma/Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA or Master of Social Work with specialization in Human Resources(Major) from recognized Indian University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
MT (Materials Management)
Graduate with Minimum 2 years’ service in Officer/Executive Cadre with either Armed Forces or Central Police Organization (CPO) OR Minimum 5 years’ service in Officer/Executive Cadre with other Govt./PSEs/Private Organization.
MT (Coal Preparation)
B.E./ B.Tech.,/ B.Sc (Engineering) in Mineral & Metallurgical Engg/ Chemical/ Mineral Engg with minimum 60% marks.
